Family Church is in the process of switching to Subsplash for online giving.

If you currently have recurring giving set up, look for an email on how to cancel your gift with Engage and create a new recurring gift in Subsplash giving. You will be able to continue giving with Engage until June 30, 2025.

Only available until June 30, 2025
The first time you give online you will need to create a new account and set up those gifts in Subsplash. Click log in to your giving account below and follow the prompts to sign up. If you prefer to give a one-time gift as a guest, fill out the form and click continue to give. Use the same account each time you give online.

How to Create a Recurring Gift
This Subsplash Giving offers four recurring gift frequencies for you to choose from! Follow these steps to create a recurring gift.

1. Navigate to your Organization's Giving Link
2. Enter a dollar amount
3. Select a Campus if applicable
4. Select a Fund
5. Change the Frequency to weekly, monthly, every two weeks, or twice a month.
6. Edit the recurring gift's Start Date if desired
7. Select Continue

How to Add or Update Payment Method
Add or update your payment methods for Subsplash Giving.

1. Navigate to your Organization's Giving Link, Website, or App
2. In the upper right corner, select Log in or Sign up to access your account or if you are already logged in then Select the Profile Icon or Profile picture in the upper right corner and click Account.
3. Select Payment Methods
4. Choose an existing payment method to edit
5. Edit your payment method and select Update or delete your payment method if needed.

How to Link Your Bank Account
Before you can donate with Subsplash Giving, you will need to link a payment method. Bank accounts will be withdrawn via ACH.
Subsplash can only link to checking accounts and not savings accounts.

Sign in to your Bank Account
1. Navigate to your Organization's Giving Link. In the upper right corner, select Log in or Sign up. Select the login method (Apple, Google, Email) used when creating your account.
2. Once logged in, select your initials in the top right-hand corner, select your account, and then Payment Methods.
3. Select New Payment Method then select US Bank Account.
4. Insert your email, first and last name, and select your Bank.
5. Agree and Continue noting that Subsplash uses Stripe to connect your accounts.
6. Log in to your bank account and follow the on-screen prompts to choose the account you would like to link.
7. Once you have chosen your account, click Continue with Subsplash.
8. Select Add to confirm the linking of your bank account
9. Congratulations, your bank account has been added!

Manually link your bank account
If you are unable to sign in to add your bank account, you can manually add it with verification. Through this, you will receive your verification amounts within 1-3 business days.

1. Select Manually Verify and enter your bank account information.
2. Within 1-3 business days, check your bank account for either two micro-deposits or a single micro-deposit of $0.01 with the statement displaying a six-digit code starting with "SM".
3. Regardless of which verification option, you will start by logging back into your donor account.
4. Select your Account and Payment Methods as previously completed when adding your bank account.
5. Enter the two micro-deposits or the six-digit code starting with "SM".
6.  Select Verify.
7.  Congratulations, your bank account has been added!
How to Sign Up for a Subsplash Account
Creating a new account can be done in multiple areas, but don't worry, you only need to create one account! The signup option can be found within the App, through the standalone Giving Link, or on the website.

1. Within your church's app, select the profile icon in the upper right corner.
2. Next, click "Log in or sign up."

If you'd like to create a new account
Select your preferred method of authentication. Your account is tied to your email address, which allows you to use multiple authentication methods if you would like.

Email (Preferred)
1. Continuing with email will take you through the traditional email/password setup and require you to create a password.

Apple (if you are on iOS, iPadOS, or Safari)
1. Continuing with Apple will allow you to create a Subsplash account using an existing Apple account.
2. If you would like to share your email address with your church, you will want to choose "Share My Email" instead of using Apple's Private Relay option.

Google
1. Continuing with Google will allow you to create a Subsplash account using an existing Apple account.
2. Once your account has been created, you will receive an email for confirmation and will automatically be logged in.
How to Log In to Your Subsplash Account
App
Your single account will grant you access to all of the Subsplash features that require a login (e.g., Subsplash Giving, Messaging, Media Play History, and more).
Within the app, select the profile icon in the upper right, click Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
Giving

If you need to edit your Giving payment methods, recurring gifts, or check gift history, you can log in directly through your church’s app or by using the Giving Link or Giving Embed found on your church's website. The login credentials for Subsplash Giving will be the same as your app login credentials.

App
Within your church's app, select the profile icon in the upper right corner, click Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple

Giving Embed
The embed for the giving portal is located on the Give page of the church's website. To begin signing into your account, select Log in to your giving account, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple

Standalone Giving Link
If they are using a Standalone Giving Link, selecting the link will redirect you to a Giving Page. In the upper right corner, select Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
How to Reset Your Password
If you need to reset your password for any reason, follow the instructions above to find the login page. Below the selection box, select Forgot Password? to start the password reset process. When an email with an associated user account is entered, a password reset email will be sent to the email entered. Click the button in the email to reset and enter a new password.
