65th Anniversary Service

As part of Family Church's 65th Anniversary Service, Pastor Jim preached a message on the biblical virtue of gratitude, reminding believers that thankfulness is at the heart of the Christian life. Drawing from Luke 17 and the story of the ten lepers, he challenged the congregation to be like the one who returned to thank Jesus with humility and worship. Pastor Jim also showed from Colossians, Philippians, and 1 Thessalonians that gratitude strengthens faith, combats anxiety and complaining, serves as a witness to others, and sustains believers through suffering. The service concluded with the Lord's Supper, celebrating Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection with hearts full of thanksgiving.
