In this episode, Kaya Shore shares her heartfelt story of growing up in a partially Christian home and how she found a deep love for the Bible at the age of 13. Even though she was raised in church, she came to realize that she didn't truly understand Scripture until listening to it every day. Her faith journey took her through a challenging time of spiritual depression, where she felt overwhelmed by legalism and performance-driven Christianity. However, thanks to God's faithfulness, she came out of that season with a fresh and joyful understanding of His grace and love, which inspired her to serve as a youth ministry intern.
